The Hemingway brought back the perfecto shape, which had faded from the market. Carlito Fuente pushed his father, Carlos Fuente Sr., to search the family's warehouse in Ybor City for the old molds, and the first Hemingways came out in 1983. Arturo Fuente makes them in the Dominican Republic with Dominican filler and binder under a thin Cameroon wrapper.
The sizes run from the small Short Story to the long Masterpiece, with the Best Seller, Classic, Signature and Work of Art in between. Shorter sizes like the Short Story are an easy pick for a quick smoke, while the Classic and Masterpiece suit a longer sit.
