How do I start earning?
Create a free account with your email. Use that same email at the register in our store and when you order online, and your points are added automatically once your order is paid.
How much are points worth?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Every 500 points is worth $5 off, and you can redeem in steps of 500 points.
Can I use points in the store and online?
Yes. Your points live on one account, so the same balance works at the register and on the website.
When do my points show up?
As soon as your order is marked paid. For in-store purchases that's right at checkout.
Do I earn points on the membership or gift cards?
Ask us in store or send us a message and we'll check your order for you.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after the date you earn them, so use them within a year. See the Rewards Terms for details.
Can the program change?
We may update earning and redemption rates, rewards, or the program itself at any time. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred. Full details are in the Rewards Terms.
