The Story
About this cigar
A potent smoke that delivers spicy, earthy, peppery, coffee and sweetness notes. Its Mexican San Andres maduro wrapper covers a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and a Nicaraguan and Pennsylvania filler. Handmade in Nicaragua at the La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate, this dark, flavorful full-bodied cigar is the creation of James Hetfield of the metal band Metallica, Rob Dietrich of Blackened Whiskey, and Johnathan Drew, of Drew Estate: three highly regarded artisans in their respective fields who share a passion for cigars. The Blackened M81 Cigars by Drew Estate Robusto is a box worthy cigar for veteran aficionados who like a deep, dark smoke or novices looking to expand their smoking portfolio.
