The Story
About this cigar
The first true Dominican puro and still the cigar every other super premium gets measured against. The wrapper is estate grown at Chateau de la Fuente in the El Cibao valley, ground the Fuentes were told would never grow wrapper leaf. Full bodied, black pepper and cedar up front, leather and dark cocoa underneath, with the sweet finish Opus X is known for. Production is deliberately tiny, which is why it never sits on a shelf. 29 count box.
